First am going to start off by saying that my laptop has been crap lately so ugh, probably wont be blogging much til it is fixed. Which sucks since I just got into it, but moving on. I need a day of the week in which I should step on this cold metal squre that, for most tends to turn their good mood on its ass. That is right am talking about the SCALE. Whoever created this thing should be taken out into the field... and well you know where am going with this. This is a hard choice I got seven days to pick from!! Until now I have just been weighing whenever I felt like it which meant I never really knew how I did in a week. Hmmm got some thinking to do.....
How am planning on losing weight is by mostly counting calories!! And that to thank the apple people for creating the I phone because this is where I got the app called "lose it". All you got to do is put in your weight and height, how much you want to weight and it tell you how many calories you can eat a day. It bases it on, for me anyway, to lose two pounds a week. OH and it also takes in your exercies into a fact. I fine it a GREAT help!!!
The exercies that am doing to lose the weight is walking and t zoning! Walking is just the best choice of exercies for me it is cheap and joyable for my little girl. T zoning on the other hand, is a whole body vibration machine that only takes 10 min. For me it is helping with my muffin top, dont know what a muffin top is.....it is extra skin left from pregnancy. I HATE IT love my toddler girl but WHY WHY did you leave me this..this Muffin top!!!! Anyway if you havent guess it I dislike having my muffin top. I fine that for toning the t zoning is great, muffin top almost done. But for losing actully fat not so great, while not within the month and a half that I have been using it. That is why I walk. I usually walks down to the place that I t zoned and back which takes me about an hour.
So that is my plan. Eat right and Exercise. And hopefully I will soon pick a day for weight in and will let you in on it. So stay tune for my first weigh in!!
